BRNO PATCHWORK MEETING

Tvořílkov by Iva Jouklová brings to BPM a wide selection of Czech and international fabrics, haberdashery, and practical tools for patchwork and sewing. Visitors can also look forward to special rulers for precise work and other equipment for creative projects.

Czech designer Iveta Nedomová will present her original creations made from natural materials at Brno Patchwork Meeting, including a fashion show on Saturday at 2:00 PM. Her designs combine simplicity, versatility, and a sense of freedom that women carry with them not only in their wardrobe, but within themselves.

We are returning for the fourth time to the Brno Exhibition Centre for Brno Patchwork Meeting with our range of premium products. As a traditional Czech manufacturer, we will once again offer not only proven classics in apparel, decorative, and home textiles, but also many new products and creative materials you won’t find elsewhere.

Látky Červený is one of the long-standing exhibitors at Brno Patchwork Meeting and will be back again this year. They will bring a rich selection of fabrics by the metre – from cotton prints and decorative fabrics to lightweight garment materials, along with new arrivals and attractive discounts.

For over 13 years, Kateřina Vodrážková has been creating unique accessories from wool and silk for women who want to stand out. In her work, she combines time-tested craftsmanship with modern design and everyday practicality. Whether you want to step into an elegant salon or a fairytale forest, you will always find something in her creations that captures your heart.

My name is Martina Vančurová, and I am behind the brand AiniBijoux, under which I create textile buttons and jewellery made from them. I have been working with fine textile techniques and their application in jewellery and fashion accessories for more than 20 years. For the past seven years, I have specialized in jewellery made primarily from covered and thread-wrapped buttons.

Under her own brand wixx, Markéta Weinigerová creates original, minimalist, and functional home and fashion accessories made from jute rope, leather, linen, wool, and mohair..

Abstraktum is a Czech independent fashion brand that connects clothing, abstract art, and personal freedom. It was created from the desire to translate the principles of geometric abstraction into wearable form—into garments that are not only functional pieces of clothing but also a means of self-expression.

The Lipka brand offers original women’s fashion that combines the joy of creation with the courage to experiment. It uses a wide range of techniques—from printing and batik to patchwork, quilting, and wool felting—resulting in unique designer garments with rich texture and depth.

Magdalena Gabrielová creates unique fashion and home accessories under the brand Puntík, combining creativity, functionality, and sustainability. She works with unconventional materials such as washable paper and will present practical sewing kits for DIY projects at BPM.

The Danish Patchwork Association is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. We are happy to exchange exhibitions and teachers with other countries and are collaborating with EQA.
