The OPTA trade fair is the only opportunity in the Czech Republic and Slovakia to present and view the latest developments in the fields of ophthalmic optics, optometry, and ophthalmology at a global level, and it is rightly considered one of the most important industry presentations in Central Europe.

It is not only a showcase of the latest eyeglass frames, eyeglasses, contact lenses, and technological devices, but also serves as an educational center. In 2026, the accompanying OPTA FORUM professional program will focus on how to prepare for artificial intelligence and smart glasses.

Every year, there is also the TOP OPTA competition for the best exhibits and the traditional OPTA Party, which this time will be held at the SONO Music Club to celebrate the fair's 30th anniversary.
