The new URBIS The Smart Cities Meetup returns to the Brno Exhibition Centre after one year. From 10 to 12 June, the most important players in the Smart City field will gather in Brno to present the latest experiences and findings in this area to representatives of local governments, academia and the commercial sector.

New Space Technologies s.r.o. (NST) is an established but growing design office, focused on complex custom development and design for the defense industry, military and civilian special vehicles and unmanned aerial vehicles. The world premiere of the original Czech amphibious vehicle KALAN and its presentation to the professional public is deliberately placed at the PYROS 2025 trade fair. On this occasion NST will organize an official presentation of the vehicle and its ceremonial presentation to the professional public.

HETEK Lift- und Hebetechnik GmbH, a specialist in lifting systems and levelling supports, is presenting the lifting system type 260 at this year's IDET in Brno. The lifting system consists of four individual supports that enable a container or functional module to be unloaded from a truck and later reloaded without the use of external equipment. This eliminates the need for a crane or forklift.

Hungarian Defence Export Agency (VEX) is a 100% state-owned company. Its mission is to support the Hungarian defence industry and to promote the development of a long-term sustainable domestic defence industry through the development and strengthening of export activities.

At this year's URBIS trade fair, we will also welcome representatives from Bavaria, who will present innovative products and services in the field of urban mobility, digitalization and sustainability. Their stand will include several lectures focused on smart solutions for cities and municipalities. Their representatives will also be part of the main panel discussion blocks.
