Abstraktum is a Czech independent fashion brand that connects clothing, abstract art, and personal freedom. It was created from the desire to translate the principles of geometric abstraction into wearable form—into garments that are not only functional pieces of clothing but also a means of self-expression.

The Lipka brand offers original women’s fashion that combines the joy of creation with the courage to experiment. It uses a wide range of techniques—from printing and batik to patchwork, quilting, and wool felting—resulting in unique designer garments with rich texture and depth.

Magdalena Gabrielová creates unique fashion and home accessories under the brand Puntík, combining creativity, functionality, and sustainability. She works with unconventional materials such as washable paper and will present practical sewing kits for DIY projects at BPM.

The Danish Patchwork Association is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. We are happy to exchange exhibitions and teachers with other countries and are collaborating with EQA.

A fashion designer with over 40 years of experience presents original creations that combine traditional techniques with modern design. Her collection includes batik tunics, crocheted cardigans, and light cotton dresses, all distinguished by their originality and craftsmanship.

The Patchworkcz.cz e-shop brings to BPM a wide selection of designer fabrics and pre-cut bundles from MODA Fabrics and TILDA. Visitors can also look forward to sewing kits and practical tools for patchwork and handcrafting.

JaBa Klubka are original hand-dyed yarns made from high-quality natural materials, primarily merino wool and its fine blends, as well as linen, cotton, and silk. Each skein is created in small batches with an emphasis on unique colour combinations and harmonious pairing.

Martina Holcrová creates original textiles under the brand Oldwomen, inspired by tradition and nature. Her characteristic rag rugs made from worn textiles combine sustainability, craftsmanship, and a distinctive style. At BPM, she will present a new collection along with other original textile pieces.

Hana Celnarová presents an original collection of women’s dresses made from 100% silk, decorated with hand-painted motifs inspired by the Pálava region and South Moravia. Her work combines art, the tradition of indigo printing, and precise craftsmanship, creating unique pieces with their own story. 

An international group of 15 contemporary textile artists has been collaborating since 2013, creating themed quilts every eight weeks. Their work combines diverse techniques and perspectives, resulting in visually rich collections. The 2025 theme “Decay” inspired a striking series of pieces showcasing creativity, skill and artistic expression.

She has been involved in textile art since her early youth – from garment sewing to exploring a wide range of textile techniques. As a long-time chairwoman of the Bohemia Patchwork Club and a co-creator of important projects, she now combines traditional approaches with natural dyeing techniques, especially eco-print. At BPM 2026, she will present a selection of quilts from different periods of her work.
