The BIOMASA trade fair showcases technologies for the energy use of forestry and agricultural biomass. It is part of a group of Brno-based agricultural and forestry fairs, which rank among the most important events of their kind in the country. The BIOMASA fair helps promote technologies that are becoming increasingly important in the fight against global climate change and in the transition to renewable energy sources.

Visitors will get an overview of the best options for processing and using firewood, wood chips or pellets. The accompanying program will deal with the use of wood energy and composting, there will be demonstrations of forest biomass processing.

Tractors in Action, Smart Technologies, and Outstanding Breeding Work: Four Days in Brno Showcased the Future of Czech Agriculture and Forestry at Its Best

A new format of agricultural and forestry trade fairs, led by the premiere AGRISHOW, offered a comprehensive overview of trends in crop and livestock production, animal husbandry, forestry, and hunting. The success of the event was underscored by the strongest attendance since 2018 – 32,000 visitors passed through the exhibition gates on the first day alone, and total attendance reached 84,384.
