After nearly ten years, ONDRÁŠEK INK-JET SYSTEM is returning to the AMPER trade fair—this time in a big way. The company is presenting an integrated solution that combines robotics, visual inspection, and product marking into one functional system.
“Visitors will find a complete solution covering robotics, vision systems, and product marking. Thanks to our Kolos software, we connect everything into a single functional workflow,” says Pavel Ondrášek Jr. It is precisely this emphasis on the integration of individual technologies that sets the exhibit apart. The focus is not on standalone machines, but on a connected production process that boosts efficiency and enhances quality control.
The core of the presentation consists of collaborative robots from Dobot, which enable flexible deployment in manufacturing and easy integration into existing production lines. In the field of marking, the company is showcasing the full portfolio of printing technologies from Markem Imaje—from laser systems and continuous inkjet to thermal transfer printers and label applicators. The offering is complemented by advanced vision systems designed for product quality control as well as inspection of the marking itself.
Vision systems are the main reason for this year’s participation at AMPER. While mechanical engineering trade fairs usually highlight product marking, here the company is focusing more on the technological audience interested in automation, process control, and digital manufacturing.
The ONDRÁŠEK INK-JET SYSTEM exhibit demonstrates what a modern production workstation can look like: a robot handles the product, a printer marks it, and a camera system inspects everything in real time. The result is higher productivity, fewer errors, and full product traceability.
The return to AMPER after many years is therefore far more than symbolic. It is a clear signal that the company intends to play an active role in shaping the future of industrial automation—and to offer solutions that connect technology, software, and real world practice into one meaningful whole.
