July 9, 2025 / 8:00 AM
The SILVA REGINA fair, one of the most important forestry and hunting trade fairs in Central Europe, is entering preparations for its next edition, which will take place at the Brno Exhibition Centre from April 12 to 15, 2026.
Visitors can look forward to a wide range of equipment, tools, and technologies for wood harvesting and processing. The accompanying program will be significantly enhanced, offering more space and delivering both inspirational experiences and expert insights.
The hunting section of the fair will feature a broad assortment of products for hunting and outdoor activities. The event stage will be enriched by performances from buglers, falconers, dog handlers, and meetings with well-known figures from the hunting community.
The forestry program will focus particularly on educating forest owners, mayors, and professional forest managers.
SILVA REGINA thus remains a key meeting point for professionals and nature enthusiasts alike, providing a platform for knowledge exchange, inspiration, and business cooperation.
Technology and Smart Solutions in Action
The supporting program will play a much stronger role and bring a host of exciting new features for both professionals and the general public.
For the first time, a key highlight will be the AGRI ARENA – a dynamic outdoor zone with live demonstrations of forestry and agricultural machinery in action. On a specially prepared demo track, visitors can look forward to real machine operation, driving skill competitions, and contests with attractive prizes.
Smart technologies will also be showcased, demonstrating the use of drones, land mapping, and data collection and analysis for more efficient land management.
Building on last year’s success, the Smart Farm project will return even bigger and better. Its central element will be a professional stage offering a rich program of lectures, discussions, and presentations of innovative solutions in agriculture.
A new feature for the upcoming edition will be a special section called Smart Technologies in Forestry, focusing on modern digital tools for more efficient, sustainable, and environmentally friendly forest management.
This segment will extend the Smart Farm concept into the forestry domain and emphasize the importance of technology in the protection of natural resources.
Concurrently with a New Agricultural Trade Fair Concept
The new AGRISHOW agricultural fair will integrate plant and animal production, technologies for modern farming, and current trends in precision agriculture.
The comprehensive agricultural showcase will be complemented by the National Livestock Exhibition, which will present the best of animal production through competitive championships and breeder showcases.
In parallel, the BIOMASA specialized fair will take place, focusing on renewable resources in agriculture and forestry. Visitors will gain insights into the best methods for processing and utilizing firewood, wood chips, pellets, composting, equipment, and biogas plants. The program will address the use of wood biomass energy and composting practices.
The entire complex of fairs will now follow a new four-day format. This compact duration will allow for a higher concentration of professional activities and more efficient participation costs.
The new format better reflects the needs of exhibitors and visitors looking for a comprehensive overview of modern agriculture in all its facets.
