ECOGLASS presents its services and new Fresnel lenses at the exhibition

Apart from manufacturing of glass components, company ECOGLASS offers a wide range of services. One of the main offered services is optical design of glass components based on customer requirements. The knowledge of manufacturing process allows to tune the design to reach optimal shape for all necessary functions – proper optical function and mounting while maintaining cost-effective manufacturing.
Complex services include photometrical measurement and glass technology consulting, which enables development of all steps under one roof – optical design + prototyping + sample inspection and evaluation + serial supplies.
One example of a complex cooperation with another Czech company can be found in Kolín. Dedicated optical design and proper mounting enabled homogenous light and wider illumination angle to reach areas, that were darker with original set-up.
In the last months the company worked on an internal development and is ready to present brand new Fresnel lenses at the exhibition. Fresnel lenses were designed as an alternative to plano-convex lenses that are offered among standard optics at the on-line shop.
