Gaudeamus Brno to Help Students Choose Their Future Studies

From 20 to 23 October 2026, the 32nd European Fair for Post-Secondary and Lifelong Education, Gaudeamus Brno, will take place at the Brno Exhibition Centre. The event will offer students a comprehensive overview of further study opportunities in the Czech Republic and abroad, all in one place.
The fair will feature Czech universities, higher education institutions, colleges of professional education, language schools, and other educational organizations, alongside a number of international universities. Detailed information about individual institutions, faculties, and study programmes will also be available through an extensive programme of presentations and lectures.
Visitors who are still undecided about their future studies can take advantage of the Testing Centre, Advisory Services, and Career Guidance Centre. Experienced counsellors will help students choose the right school or study programme. Those interested in studying abroad can visit the Study Abroad Advisory Centre.
The programme will also include Science for Life, an interactive exhibition featuring demonstrations and exhibits that showcase what students can learn at universities and higher education institutions.
The fair also caters to teachers and educational counsellors, for whom the Teachers’ Centre will offer specialized lectures, seminars, and consultations.
Gaudeamus Brno 2026 will take place at the Brno Exhibition Centre from 20 to 23 October in Pavilion V. Thanks to its capacity and location, the pavilion is ideally suited for large public events with high attendance. It is situated near the main entrance to the exhibition grounds and the Výstaviště tram stop.
Running concurrently with Gaudeamus, Career Expo, a job opportunities and career development fair, will take place on 21 and 22 October in Pavilion A2. Visitors will be able to explore both events during their visit.
Exhibition Hall and Conference Hall Rentals at the Brno Exhibition Centre
The Brno Exhibition Centre is one of the most important event venues in the Czech Republic. It offers organizers 14 exhibition halls, 19 conference halls, and extensive outdoor spaces available for congresses, conferences, corporate and social events, sporting competitions, concerts, festivals, as well as film and commercial productions. The venue also provides modern technical infrastructure and comprehensive services for events of all types and sizes.
