The newly shaped URBIS will open the gates of the Brno Exhibition Centre to representatives of municipalities, regions, start-ups and innovative companies, innovation centres, universities, industry associations, non-profit organisations and the general public from 4 to 6 June 2024. The aim of the event is to create a platform that will help municipalities and companies to introduce innovations, transfer know-how and connect with actors in the innovation ecosystem.

The international sales exhibition of minerals, fossils, jewels and natural products MINERALS BRNO will take place at the Brno Exhibition Centre from 25 to 26 May. The exhibition will take place traditionally in Hall B.

GAMAX is an AI company focused on providing solutions to companies and municipalities using computer vision and AI tools, in the fields of SMART City, SMART Parking, and River Information Services (RIS). Equipped with an ML team, GAMAX builds deep-learning models serving several industries.

The 63rd edition of the STYL & KABO fairs will take place in August; the ordinal number is almost unbelievable. The theme will this time be fitting: BRNO – the City of Fashion. Czech and foreign exhibitors will present new fashion collections of clothing, footwear and accessories. The catwalk will feature both exhibiting companies and fashion designers or students, whose collections are always remarkably interesting and inspirational. The third day of URBIS The Smart Cities Meetup will be marked by urban mobility, pilot projects and live labs. It will once again bring top speakers and experts from home and abroad, including representatives from the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The second day of URBIS The Smart Cities Meetup will bring inspiration from regional and European cooperation, and look  into climate and energy innovation. With the participation of innovation centres and agencies, ministries, city representatives, business and experts from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Finland and Norway, five programme sessions will be held. In the block REGIONAL AND EUROPEAN COOPERATION AS AN IMPETUS FOR TERRITORIAL DEVELOPMENT, the participants and project coordinators will present the possibilities of involvement in activities at regional and European level.

Hall E of the Brno Exhibition Centre became an international centre of creative textile design for three days. The BRNO PATCHWORK MEETING exhibition once again expanded its scope and attracted more than 4,000 people interested in the creative use of textiles from 16 countries around the world.
