From contact to contract also at AMPER fair

Kontakt-Kontrakt is a traditional matchmaking event that connects exhibitors and visitors with potential business partners from Czechia and abroad. Next year, this event will also take place at the AMPER trade fair.
Advantages for exhibitors and participants
The Kontakt-Kontrakt event at the AMPER trade fair in March will be organized by the Brno Regional Chamber of Commerce (RHKB), which traditionally organizes this event as part of the International Engineering Fair. Around 400 interested parties usually participate in this event at the MSV.
Kontakt-Kontrakt makes trade fair participation more effective for both exhibitors and visitors. Interested parties register on the website kk.rhkb.cz and fill in their cooperation profile, i.e., they describe the company they represent and its products or services. They also indicate when they will be attending the event, as it is not necessary to be present for the entire duration, but it is possible to choose one or two days.
Once the organizers have checked the profile, they will include it in the online catalog of K+K participants. From there, participants can choose the most suitable partners according to their preferences and contact them with a proposal for a first meeting.
The meeting will then take place at an agreed time during AMPER. Exhibitors can hold their meetings at their booth, and by actively participating in K+K, they will attract more visitors to their booth. Visitors, on the other hand, appreciate being assigned a meeting place within the K+K exhibition.
Tip: The more you put in, the more you get out
Just like passive participation in a trade fair, simply registering for the K+K event will not bring anyone important contacts. Participants who took the time to create their profile, select suitable cooperation profiles, and send personalized meeting requests rated the event as far more beneficial than those who just waited to be approached or blindly sent meeting requests to everyone.

Participation in the AMPER Kontakt-Kontrakt event is free of charge and is funded by Veletrhy Brno, a.s. and the Brno Regional Chamber of Commerce.
