New features in the extra programme – the SMART INDUSTRY conference and the topic of drones

Visitors to the AMPER trade fair can also look forward to new features in the programme. The trade fair will be expanded to include expert panels, networking, and new presentation formats.

The trade fair will include the Smart Industry – AMPER EDITION project, which is being prepared jointly by Trade Media International, Czechoslovak Group, and Pocket Virtuality. As part of this project, the Smart Industry conference will take place on the first day of the expo in the iconic Rotunda at the Brno Exhibition Centre. Visitors will be introduced to practical demonstrations of solutions for industry, from the digitisation of maintenance, through data processing and industrial AI, to advanced visualisation and augmented reality. They will also have the opportunity to get a recording of the conference programme for later viewing. As a bonus, part of the programme will also be available on the second stage being prepared directly at the fair in Hall P.

Additional programme novelty will be the DronyX conference, which will take place on Wednesday 18 March. It will focus on trends in the development and production of unmanned vehicles and anti-drone systems for civil and military use. The conference programme is intended primarily for professionals in the fields of industry, security, energy, logistics, and research. Participants can look forward to thematic blocks, lectures, and discussions led by Czech and foreign experts.

The future of transport at your fingertips

The AMPER E-MOBILITY project will focus on the latest technologies in the field of electric transport. The expo has become a partner of the AUTO ROKU opinion poll and of the AUTOmakers magazine. In Slovakia, it has established partnerships with leading technology portals mojelektromobil.sk and nearcharger.sk. Thanks to this cooperation, the AMPER E-MOBILITY section will offer a significantly expanded programme and new interactive services for visitors.

A key new feature will be the establishment of a specialized advisory centre directly on the exhibition grounds. Experts on site will answer questions about choosing an electric car, everyday operation, charging options, and the economic aspects of owning an electric car.

A fleet of attractive electric cars will also be available. People will be able to test the driving characteristics of electric cars themselves thanks to a new reservation system that will ensure smooth test drives.

AMPER E-MOBILITY will include E-STAGE with topics such as autonomous driving and battery recycling. The highlight of the programme will be the NearCharger Awards ceremony. Visitors will thus be able to see the winning model of the Electric Car of the Year poll on site.

A space where new ideas are born

For exhibitors and visitors who want to establish new business relationships, the Contact–Contract matchmaking platform will be available for the first time at the AMPER trade fair thanks to cooperation with the Brno Regional Chamber of Commerce, enabling effective B2B meetings to be arranged directly during the trade fair. All you have to do is fill in your cooperation profile in advance and be included in the online catalogue of participants, from which interested parties can select the most suitable partners for a meeting to be held during the AMPER trade fair according to their preferences.

The special AMPER Innovation Hub section will show that the fair is not just a showcase for established brands, but also an incubator for new ideas and technologies. People will learn about projects that are just entering the market and see the directions in which the electrical engineering fields will develop in the coming years. The event will include exhibitions by universities, startups and spin-offs, a specialist programme, and thematic zones. The AMPER Innovation Hub will thus become not only a showcase of technological visions, but also a platform that motivates students to study technical fields and provides young talents with an opportunity to prove themselves in practice.
