24th Annual Water Supply and Sewerage Operations Conference to Present Information on the New European Directive

The traditional Water Supply and Sewerage Operations Conference, the largest event of its kind in the Czech Republic, is entering its 24th year. The program will provide water utility managers, infrastructure owners, and industry professionals with up-to-date information on key changes that will affect the operation of the water sector in the coming years.
The main topic of the conference will be the new Urban Wastewater Treatment Directive and the upcoming National Implementation Plan. Participants will gain an overview of the expected impacts of the new legislation, as well as insights into how the conference’s general partners, Brněnské vodovody a kanalizace, a.s. and VODÁRENSKÁ AKCIOVÁ SPOLEČNOST, a.s., are preparing for its implementation. The program will also include the traditional roundtable discussion focused on current issues related to incorporating the new rules into Czech practice.
The second day of the conference will cover topics such as security, legislative developments, and examples of best practice from the water utility sector. Presentations by leading suppliers of technologies and services for the water industry will also be featured.
