SČOO – Main Professional Partner of the OPTA 2026 Trade Fair

The Czech Guild of Opticians and Optometrists (SČOO) plays a key role in the program of the jubilee 30th edition of the OPTA trade fair – from the expert forum and the TOP OPTA competition to the Saturday OPTA Party at Club SONO.
The Czech Guild of Opticians and Optometrists (Společenstvo českých optiků a optometristů, SČOO), in cooperation with the main organizer Veletrhy Brno, a.s., is co-organizing the 30th edition of the OPTA trade fair. SČOO contributes significantly to the event by appointing the jury for the TOP OPTA competition, preparing the educational and informational program at the OPTA Forum, and organizing the Friday evening Mini-Party in the SČOO Zone and Bar, including refreshments at their booth. They are also behind the concept and execution of the Saturday OPTA Party at Club SONO, which they financially support.
At the SČOO booth, visitors can also look forward to presentations from the Czech Optical Magazine, professional education institutions, and the SILMO Paris fair.

On Friday evening, at the close of the exhibition day (approx. 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM), we invite you to the SČOO ZONE at our booth and the Czech-Slovak Bar. Together with our colleagues from the Optical Union of Slovakia, we will offer Czech craft beers, Slovak wines, themed refreshments, and a welcoming space for networking, entertainment, smiles, and professional discussions — all accompanied by pleasant dance music from DJ Dan Keschen.
Think of it as a cheerful and enjoyable extension of the first exhibition day, with tasty refreshments and a relaxed atmosphere before Friday night — and a perfect warm-up for Saturday’s OPTA Party!
