KONVEX – RECEPT OPTIKA, spol. s r.o., has been active on the market since 1991 and continues to hold its reputation as a specialist in producing custom-made lenses in non-standard ranges and designs.

The company was founded with the aim of manufacturing custom-made lenses in dioptric ranges, designs and materials that were not commonly available on the domestic market at that time.

Over time, it expanded its services to include a wide range of standard stock lenses, but in the minds of many customers, it remains a company that not only dares, but also knows how to produce special lenses or lenses that exceed standard production limits.

The company cooperates with many renowned foreign companies in the field of optical industry, especially when purchasing semi-finished products for production and materials for their processing. Nevertheless, it has retained its purely Czech character and has always operated without foreign capital.

Currently, the company is capable of processing toric and spherical surfaces with diameters ranging from 40 to 80 mm across the entire imaginable dioptric range for eyeglass optics. It also manages piece and small-series production of technical optics starting from 10 mm in diameter. The company is equipped for hardening both mineral and plastic lenses, dyeing plastic lenses, and vacuum-coating both types with absorbing and anti-reflective layers.
