TAJMAC-ZPS, a.s., is a stable and promising engineering company with a long tradition and a high level of know-how. Meet their innovations at MSV 2025.
Swiss-type lathe from the MANURHIN K'MX division
TAJMAC-ZPS is introducing the five-axis swiss-type lathe MANURHIN K‘MX 520 and its six-axis version MANURHIN K‘MX 620, which we are exhibiting at our stand. It is a simpler and smaller type of machine compared to most other MANURHIN K'MX ranges. The advantage is its high usability for about 75% of market inquiries with an excellent price/performance ratio. Swiss-tape lathe with two spindles, C-axes on both spindles, 5 and 6 linear axes and driven tools for both spindles can very productively machine parts from bar material up to a diameter of 20 mm in overlapped time with different tools on both spindles at the same time. The machine is equipped with the latest version of the Fanuc control system with the most powerful drives and is one of the fastest five-axis swiss-tape lathes on the market.
Digital ReCON solution
The ReCON product line was created within TAJMAC-ZPS, a.s. as a response to the need to digitize and streamline production processes. Our machines and technologies have long ceased to focus solely on mechanics – with increasing control complexity, higher demands on connectivity and the need to monitor real-time data, we have been looking for ways to improve our own production and our customers' operations.
„Our motivation is digitalization, transparency and efficiency of production processes. We believe this path allows manufacturers to better manage their operations, eliminate losses, and significantly reduce costs. ReCON is a modular solution that covers key areas from data collection and performance monitoring, through production planning and maintenance, to tool management, quality control and environmental reporting.
Thanks to its origin in real operation and long-term testing, ReCON is a solution that stands on solid foundations and really helps. Our goal is to make it a reliable partner for all manufacturing companies that want to grow and succeed in the era of Industry 4.0“.
Introducing ZPS Machining Centres
With their structural arrangement, gantry and multifunctional centres are designed not only for the production of moulds in the pressing, plastics, automotive and aerospace industries, but also for machining complex and large workpieces. The focus of application of gantry and multifunctional centres is mainly the machining of complex spatial shapes in 3D in various configurations of up to six-axis machining. Due to the high dynamics, very high rigidity and damping properties of the structure, all machines allow the use of the advantages of HSC technology.
The representative of this series, the ZPS MCG1000i multifunctional upper gantry machining centre, enables complex machining of spatially complex and technologically demanding workpieces, combined shapes both in five-axis milling and in full-fledged turning operations. The machine is on display at TAJMAC-ZPS stand.
Vertical machining centres are designed as a modular machine. They are designed for complete machining of parts made of steel, cast iron and light metal alloys of flat and box shape, clamped on a workbench. The machines allow milling, drilling, boring, reaming and threading in up to five axes.
Horizontal milling centres are designed for flat and box-shaped parts made of steel, grey cast iron and light metal alloys and complex machining of moulds, dies, etc. In addition, the rotary table allows machining from multiple sides. These are highly productive machines. They are optimally adapted to almost any production, from mass production in lines to small series.
