New iSwarf 350 Briquetting Press for Efficient Chip Processing presented by Briklis

September 10, 2025  /  10:15 AM

At MSV 2025, BRIKLIS will unveil the new iSwarf 350 briquetting press, combining compact dimensions with a pressing force of 50 tons and output of up to 150 kg/h. Filling the gap between smaller and more robust models, this innovation provides a universal solution for machining operations of all sizes. Visit pavilion P, stand 108, to see the iSwarf 350 in action.

This year, Briklis will introduce a new product, the iSwarf 350 briquetting press. A compact and powerful solution for the efficient processing of metal chips from aluminum, steel, non-ferrous metals and other materials. With a pressing force of 50 tons and an output of up to 150 kg/h, this model fills the gap between the current smallest press iSwarf 50 and the more robust iSwarf 550. By launching the new generation of the iSwarf 350 press, Briklis now offers a comprehensive solution for engineering operations of all sizes. The machines can be selected according to the required performance, selected equipment and individual needs.

The reason for briquetting is the efficient and clean processing of waste at the point of its origin. And thus solving the related problems with the ubiquitous chips in operations. It is a simple, effective, economical and modern solution.

We designed the iSwarf 350 as a versatile machine that combines compact dimensions with performance that will satisfy even the most demanding operations. It is a response to the growing demand for efficient, space- and energy-saving solutions, but with the equipment of larger machines.”

Visitors to MSV will be able to see the iSwarf 350 press up close in Hall P, Stand 108.

They can discuss possible solutions for their own chip management. Briquettes pressed from various materials will also be on display. Here visitors can try to guess what material it is. Your technical eye will be challenged!
