Robotic coating in practice? You can try it out at MSV 2025 at the SURFIN Technology stand

A key part of the exhibition is a standardised robotic coating solution with a GoFa robot, which visitors will be able to try out for themselves. 

Thanks to our ESCO Paint App, operating the robot is simple – anyone can set the coating trajectory with just a hand movement and a few button presses. With the integration of an optical system, the trajectory can also be precisely adapted to the position of the part in 3D space. This solution improves efficiency, reduces errors, and ensures process repeatability – effectively elevating the coating operator’s role to that of a robotic coating technologist, without the need for complex programming skills.

Hanging and de-hanging parts on the conveyor, however, remains a significant time and cost burden. That is why the demo line also includes a robotic solution for automated hanging and removal of parts, helping to save both time and costs in product handling.

At the stand, you can also discover additional surface treatment technologies – for example, blast turbines from our partner Gostol TST, or the Nordson Encore HD and VT manual powder coating equipment, fully prepared for the future of Industry 4.0 with smart functions and connectivity.

A range of powder and liquid paints, masking tapes, customised cut-outs and 3D shapes, as well as other accessories for surface treatment will also be a part of the exhibition of SURFIN Technology.
