Elesa+Ganter CZ at MSV 2025: New Types of Industrial Hinges

The CFM-PC hinge is designed for applications where electrical power needs to be routed from the frame to moving parts of equipment, for example to switchboard doors or control panels. It combines the mechanical function of the hinge with the ability to safely pass a conductor between fixed and moving sections. Thanks to the integrated cable and concealed routing inside the hinge, you avoid issues with loose hanging cables that can get caught or damaged. This hinge is ideal for applications with frequent opening and closing and is suitable, for example, for machine guards, distribution enclosures, or technical doors where a compact and reliable solution is essential.

GN 7580 industrial hinges are characterised by wear resistance, high precision, and minimal play. They are available in three size variants, each offering four types of inner and outer hinge wings. The wings differ in their mounting method, which can be tangential or radial, using countersunk through holes or integrated stainless steel threaded bushings. To ensure long-term precision, the hinges can be readjusted at any time. This standard part is a true technological innovation, as evidenced by its receipt of the “Machinery Industry Technology Innovation Leading Award”, the top award for innovation in mechanical engineering technologies.

Electrical Oil Level Indicator and Snap Latches

Elesa+Ganter CZ will also present the brand-new HCV-E-LD electrical oil level indicator. In addition to the traditional visual oil level check, it can also send an electrical signal when the minimum fluid level is reached. Thanks to the built-in LED, it lights up green or red depending on whether the fluid is present or not. This function is particularly useful in automated operations or on equipment with continuous operation, where the oil level must be monitored reliably without constant visual checks. HCV-E-LD oil level indicators are made of technopolymer and offer high resistance to shocks, solvents, petrol, diesel, and other chemicals. Ultrasonic welding also ensures perfect sealing.

Another innovation you can see at the trade fair is the GN 449.5 snap latch. It operates on a spring mechanism, releasing the latch from its locked position when the button is pressed. This model combines the function of a flush pull handle and a latch, allowing for easy securing and operation of doors, covers, and hatches. It is also available in a key-locking version, providing protection against unauthorised access.
