GUMEX: Hoses, Seals and New Technical Foams with Eco-Friendly Bonding Technology

At this year's trade fair, GUMEX will present a cross-section of its product range with a focus on the most popular products. In addition to traditional hoses, profiles, and custom seals made of flat compact and porous materials, it has also prepared a number of new products for visitors: products made of plastics, rubber, and composite materials, manufactured using a 5-axis machining center, as well as new foam materials. 

GUMEX uses these materials, for example, to manufacture professional case inserts, organizers, or securing elements, and modifies them by formatting and using a completely new plastic welding technology, i.e., a flat, clean, and environmentally friendly connection of individual foam layers without the use of adhesives – using heat and pressure. Interested visitors will also have the opportunity to try out samples and products made from technical foams. 

Specialists will be on hand to provide expert advice and help with choosing the optimal solution for specific applications.
