FIBRO: New generation of gas spings and relaunch of the online shop

The standard component specialist FIBRO will present its latest product and service innovations at MSV2025.. The company is thus underlining its role as a reliable partner to the industry – with solutions that focus on precision, efficiency and customer benefits.
As a leading company in the field of standard parts in toolmaking, FIBRO GmbH offers a unique range of highly precise products. With over a million different items, 40,000 of which are always in stock and available within a very short time, the company is a full-service provider with a one-stop-shop guarantee for its customers. A wide range of services that support process optimization in the global toolmaking market round off FIBRO's portfolio.
The company employs around 600 people worldwide, 350 of them at its headquarters in Haßmersheim.
New generation of gas springs
For the first time, FIBRO will be showing the new generation of gas springs in Brno. It offers significantly higher load capacity, optimized safety features and meets the VDI 3003, VDI 3004 and ISO 11901 standards. For easy identification, all models are marked with an orange ring.
"With our new generation of gas springs, we are offering our customers an even more reliable and powerful solution for their applications," explains Falk Leonhardt, Head of Sales at FIBRO. "Our springs are among the safest on the market, easy to handle and versatile."
The portfolio ranges from springs with increased spring force to particularly compact designs and controllable variants. It is supplemented by installation and maintenance services, training courses and individual advice on the optimal design and installation options.
Electric transporter: energy efficiency meets flexibility
The FIBRO electric transporter impresses with its low energy consumption, high cost-effectiveness and flexible application options – for example, when sorting components or disposing of waste. Thanks to different transport channels, each transported good can be conveyed separately. With only 60 dB of noise, the van contributes to a more pleasant working environment. The absence of compressed air reduces operating costs and protects the environment.
Guide elements for maximum precision
FIBRO will also be showcasing its broad portfolio of guide elements in Brno – from sliding guides and precise needle roller guides to bronze-coated, sintered sliding or low-maintenance variants. Customers benefit from individual designs with tailor-made dimensions, specific pre-tensioning and special coatings.
With the "Million Guide", FIBRO is setting standards: high guiding and repeatability, high dynamic load ratings and the ability to drive at high lifting speeds – for maximum productivity and cost efficiency.
Relaunch of the FIBRO online shop: More convenience and performance
There is also a comprehensive update in the service area: the recently revised FIBRO online shop. It now impresses with intuitive user guidance, faster loading times and numerous new functions:

- Quick order function for the direct purchase of several items
- Excel upload for easy shopping cart filling for large orders
- Third-party article number search for quick conversion of competitor products into suitable FIBRO articles
