XBLADE - CNC line is designed for drilling, tapping, milling, and sawing with a disc blade

In 2023, FICEP took another step forward in machine tool innovation with the launch of a brand-new single-spindle machine model, the XBLADE. This CNC line is designed for drilling, tapping, milling, and sawing with a disc blade.

This new model incorporates all the features and advantages of the EXCALIBUR, FICEP’s automatic CNC single-spindle drilling line for sections, but with an entirely new and highly advanced design. The XBLADE also includes disc blade cutting and 5-axis machining within the same work cell, making this product truly unique in the market.

The name XBLADE derives directly from EXCALIBUR: inspired by the famous medieval war blade, the Excalibur, which historically does not cut. The XBLADE adds a disc blade cutting function, reflecting a warrior blade used by knights in the Middle Ages. This new model carries forward the legacy of precision and power with cutting-edge technology.
