KONOS: a unique dispatcher solution

The KONOS voice dispatcher solution allows for tight integration and collaboration with CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) systems for public safety. One such example is the OnCall platform by Hexagon, a TTC partner. OnCall offers a flexible set of functions for next-generation incident and operations management. It combines dispatching of technical resources for managing incidents and events, situational awareness, input from the field, incident history, diagnostics, and inter-agency communication. It enables users to select and secure the most appropriate resources from a single location to resolve emerging issues. By simplifying workflows, it reduces operator workload and enhances both the efficiency and speed of response. The Smart Advisor module, using advanced statistics, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI), alerts users to trends, anomalies, and patterns.
