The largest Central European trade fairs for agriculture and forestry will take place in Brno from 7 to 11 April 2024. It will also include the BIOMASA fair, which will present technologies for energy use of forest and agricultural biomass.

The Brno Agricultural and Forestry Fairs will take place from 7 to 11 April 2024, with TECHAGRO, the largest Central European trade fair for agricultural machinery and equipment, at the centre. After a six-year intermission due to the covid pandemic, manufacturers and suppliers will once again can present their innovations to a wide professional audience. In 2018, TECHAGRO, SILVA REGINA and BIOMASS welcomed 112 thousand visitors.

SILVA REGINA is the most important Central European forestry technology show, which is re-affirmed by the current interest of exhibitors.

The selection committee consisting of shareholder representatives, i.e. members of the statutory city council of Brno, members of the board of directors of the Veletrhy Brno joint-stock company and a representative of the company's trade union finished the selection process on Friday 28 July 2023 to fill the position of the company's general director.
