Abstraktum is a Czech independent fashion brand that connects clothing, abstract art, and personal freedom. It was created from the desire to translate the principles of geometric abstraction into wearable form—into garments that are not only functional pieces of clothing but also a means of self-expression.

Behind the brand is designer and sculptor Lucie Píštělková, whose work is deeply rooted in a fascination with geometry, structure, and the symbolism of shapes. Circles, squares, lines, and contrasting surfaces are not merely decorative—they carry meanings of harmony, stability, movement, and inner balance. These principles are transformed into original cuts and hand-crafted geometric compositions within the Abstraktum collections.

Abstraktum places strong emphasis on sustainability and local production. It uses natural materials - such as bamboo viscose, cotton, linen, and hemp—sourced primarily from Czech suppliers. The garments are designed and made in the Czech Republic in small batches, with respect for materials, human labour, and the environment.
