Association AVS Becomes a New Professional Partner of the VOD-KA Exhibition

The Slovak Association of Water Companies (AVS) has become a new professional partner of the VOD-KA exhibition. AVS is an association of business entities operating in the field of water management activities related to the operation of public water supply and sewerage systems. Its members supply drinking water to 95% of Slovakia’s population connected to public water networks. Approximately 8,000 employees work in the sector.
AVS was established in 2004 as a platform for cooperation among major operators of water management services, following the transformation of the sector after 1989. Today, it brings together a wide range of regional water companies and contributes to professional discussion and the sharing of expertise within the industry.
By involving AVS as a professional partner, the exhibition further strengthens its international dimension and connects experts from across the region.
“The combination of the VOD–KA trade fair with the AQUA exhibition creates new opportunities for partners, exhibitors, and the professional public to discover the best of Czech and Slovak water management under one roof. It represents an effective fusion of know-how and expertise for modern water management in the heart of Europe,” said Miroslav Kundrík, President of the Association of Water Companies.
