Integra Robotics to Showcase a Humanoid Robot in Action at MSV 2026

September 23, 2026  /  9:45 AM

Integra Robotics will present the AGIBOT X2 Ultra humanoid robot at its stand in a live demonstration of flexible manipulation. The exhibit will show how artificial intelligence, machine vision and motion control can be combined to automate tasks that are still performed manually in manufacturing.

AGIBOT X2 Ultra Humanoid Robot

Flexible Part Handling

AGIBOT X2 Ultra will demonstrate picking unsorted parts from a bin (bin picking) and placing them at designated locations (pick and place). Using machine vision, the system determines the position and orientation of each part, selects a suitable grasp and plans the robot’s motion.

The demonstration will illustrate how this technology can be used for part feeding, loading parts into fixtures and tending production equipment.

Physical AI: From Perception to Manipulation

Physical AI is artificial intelligence that enables robots to perceive their surroundings, assess a situation and physically act on it. Recognising an object is not enough — the robot must use the information it has acquired to grasp the object and perform the required task.

Integra Robotics combines this approach with machine vision and advanced motion planning. The result is manipulation adapted to the actual arrangement of parts, rather than merely repeating movements between fixed, predefined points. This creates new automation opportunities for manufacturing companies in tasks where operators manually pick, orient and move parts.

Two Arms for Workstations Designed for People

The dual-arm design with a movable torso enables bimanual manipulation as well as several consecutive operations at a single workstation. Integra Robotics focuses on coordinated control of both arms and their integration with machine vision. The aim is to use work surfaces and equipment designed for human operators while minimising the modifications required at the workstation.

Depending on the application, the right solution may be a full-body humanoid, a fixed dual-arm workstation or a robotic torso mounted on a mobile base. The platform is selected according to the requirements of the manufacturing process — particularly cycle time, accuracy, the parts being handled and operating conditions.

Come and Discuss Your Application

Are you short of staff for handling or feeding parts, or tending equipment? Visit the Integra Robotics stand and see AGIBOT X2 Ultra in action.

With our team, you can discuss a specific task from your operation, its technical requirements and options for validation. This will help you identify where humanoid or dual-arm robotics could be used in your production.
