Infrasensor: Infrared Photoelectric Sensors, Inductive and Special Sensors
June 3, 2026 / 4:12 PM
For 34 years, Infrasensor s.r.o. has been supplying infrared photoelectric sensors, a wide range of inductive sensors, special sensors for weld detection and double-sheet detection, as well as safety switches. The company will present its sensors on functional display panels where visitors can easily test their operation.
Optical Sensors for Harsh Environments
Particularly interesting are the photoelectric sensors capable of operating even in dusty environments where standard optical sensors quickly fail. These sensors are resistant to dirt and dust contamination and can operate over long distances of up to 70 metres. They also allow easy connection of fibre-optic cables, enabling operation in very high temperatures or chemically aggressive environments.
Area Sensors
Area sensors are used in applications where one or only a few light beams are not sufficient for detection. At the exhibition, visitors will also see measuring area sensors that can evaluate parameters such as the position where the beam is interrupted, object size, and other characteristics.
Detection of Transparent Materials
A noteworthy solution in the field of photoelectric sensors is a special retro-reflective sensor using ultraviolet light. It enables reliable detection of even very thin transparent materials without multiple detections, which can occur with complex-shaped products.
Chip-Resistant Inductive Sensors
At our stand, visitors can test inductive sensors that are immune to metal chips. These sensors reliably detect solid metal objects while remaining insensitive to falling metal chips, thereby preventing false detections.
Additional Inductive Sensor Variants
We will exhibit miniature inductive sensors, sensors designed for welding environments, and highly durable all-metal sensors featuring a housing machined from a single piece of metal. Our portfolio also includes analogue sensors, through-beam inductive sensors, and pressure-resistant inductive sensors.
Safety Switches
Non-contact safety switches are designed to protect access points to machinery and other hazardous areas. These switches are suitable for all types of access door and gate monitoring applications.
Double-Sheet Detection
Visitors will also see special sensors for double-sheet detection in operation. These sensors are available for various materials and sheet thicknesses and can be used, for example, to protect press tools. The product range also includes a weld detection system.
