Iemca at MSV 2026: automation on the bar feeder, high-pressure coolant on any machine

A lathe does not work alone. The peripherals alongside it contribute to the productivity of the whole application, and at MSV 2026 Iemca will present two: the Boss 338 Superfast+ bar feeder and the Blue Line 100 Solo high-pressure coolant system. Iemca, a Bucci Industries brand, will exhibit in Hall P, Booth 036 from 6 to 9 October.
Boss 338 Superfast+: more automation on the machine
The Boss 338 is the Iemca bar feeder for small and medium bar diameters, on sliding-headstock and fixed-headstock lathes. The Superfast+ configuration works on the unproductive time that comes with every manual intervention, and includes as standard the functions that reduce it.
It starts with the material. The autonomy indicator shows how much stock is left in the magazine and signals the intermediate threshold and the last bar, so replenishment can be planned rather than discovered. It continues at format change: the magazine adapts to the bar diameter on its own, and the front bushing holder does the same, so bushings no longer have to be replaced. The V-shaped bushing follows the diameter of the bar and of the pusher, keeping guidance close to the material throughout the cycle. All of it is set and monitored from a single 7" touchscreen.
Blue Line 100 Solo: the same technology, standalone
Blue Line 100 Solo is the Iemca high-pressure coolant system in standalone form. It is independent of the bar feeder, and can be installed on any type of machine, including lathes already equipped with a bar feeder and machines that do not process bars, both on new installations and in place of a unit already fitted.
Its technical characteristics are those of the integrated Blue Line 100: two-stage cartridge filtration, a large clean tank, and a variable-displacement pump that pressurises only the oil the machine needs at that moment, which keeps energy consumption down.
At the stand
Both machines will be on display at Booth 036. Iemca staff will be at the stand for the four days of the fair, to look at how each of them fits a specific application.
