Come to MSV with Contacts, Leave with Contracts

Did you know that you don’t have to wait until you arrive at the International Engineering Fair to arrange your business meetings? Thanks to the international Kontakt-Kontrakt (K+K) matchmaking event, you can schedule meetings with selected companies several weeks before the fair begins. K+K connects companies through pre-arranged business meetings held during MSV.
Proven at Home and Abroad
“We are organizing Kontakt-Kontrakt at MSV for the seventeenth time, and this business matchmaking format has proven successful at conferences and major international trade fairs, including Hannover Messe,” says Radek Kopecký, Event Manager at the Brno Regional Chamber of Commerce (RHKB), the organizer of the event.
“Anyone planning to attend the fair can participate, whether as an exhibitor or a visitor. Visitors are provided with a dedicated meeting space within our exhibition area, while exhibitors often prefer to hold their meetings directly at their own stands.”
How to Register
To participate, simply register at registrace.kk.rhkb.cz and complete a cooperation profile presenting your products and services, including the types of cooperation you offer or are looking for.
You can then browse the participant catalogue, select companies you would like to meet and send them a meeting request. The meetings themselves take place during MSV.
The RHKB team supports participants throughout the entire process – from registration and meeting scheduling to the event itself.
Plenty of Business Opportunities
“Every year, K+K attracts more than 300 participants from over 20 countries, resulting in approximately 900 business meetings. We expect similar interest this year. Business delegations from the USA, Türkiye, the Netherlands and Japan have already confirmed their participation,” adds Kopecký.
Thanks to K+K, participants arrive at the fair with business meetings already scheduled instead of having to search for potential partners once they are there.
Those who actively search for potential partners and approach them in advance with a specific meeting proposal benefit the most. Experience shows that these participants tend to achieve the best business results.

Good to Know
Kontakt-Kontrakt at MSV is organized by the Brno Regional Chamber of Commerce together with its partners. Participation is subject to a fee; however, thanks to co-financing by the City of Brno through the Centre for International Trade project, selected participants can take part free of charge.
