The MF700 FLEX combines the efficiency of conventional 3-axis machining with the capabilities of simultaneous 5-axis machining. This enables manufacturers to machine both standard components and complex parts on a single machine without investing in separate technologies. Complete machining in a single setup significantly reduces cycle times, improves machining accuracy, and minimizes the number of production operations.
Precision, Rigidity and Attention to Detail
A rigid cast-iron structure, direct-drive spindle, and tilting rotary table equipped with linear scales ensure outstanding rigidity, long-term accuracy, and reliable performance, even during demanding machining operations. The machine can be equipped with HEIDENHAIN or SIEMENS CNC controls to meet specific application requirements. The presentation will also include a new accessory – protective machine door films that improve visibility into the machining area during operation.
