Glamar Metal s.r.o.: Saw blades for cutting metal

The company Glamar Metal s.r.o. is based in Karviná. The main focus of our activity is the trade of specialized tools for cutting metals.
Our range includes saw blades: HSS, with brazed carbide teeth, with cermet teeth, segmental, carbide-tipped, and friction blades, as well as TCT – carbide tipped band saw blades.
We provide sharpening and reconditioning services for HSS saw blades, as well as complete servicing for blades with sintered carbides. Our CNC machinery allows for the reconditioning of blades up to a diameter of 1000 mm. Our offer includes a wide range of geometries used for cutting steel and non-ferrous metals.
We also offer technical consulting for the appropriate selection of tools and their operating conditions, along with transportation.
In response to the growing needs of the market, we have expanded our operations to include machinery and technologies for industrial metal cutting. GLAMAR has become a representative of Simec S.r.l., an Italian manufacturer of industrial circular sawing machines for cutting bars and tubes, as well as advanced laser cutting solutions for tubes and profiles. Simec’s product portfolio also includes automated and individually designed cutting lines tailored to the specific requirements of production processes.
At this year’s trade show, we will showcase two solutions designed for efficient cutting of tubes, profiles, and solid materials. Visitors to our booth will be able to see the compact fiber laser for tubes and profiles—the LTS 1.5 Compact—and the high-performance saw—the MAXS90—in action.

• LTS 1.5 Compact – a 1.5 kW fiber laser designed for fast and precise cutting of tubes and profiles, especially short workpieces. By enabling the creation of complex contours and holes in a single processing cycle, it significantly reduces the number of operations and increases production efficiency
GLAMAR has also become a representative of JLH Saws International, a manufacturer of industrial band saws and metal cutting machines. JLH’s product range includes horizontal band saws – both semi-automatic and automatic – mitre cutting machines, as well as vertical band saws. JLH solutions are designed for precise and efficient cutting of structural steel, stainless steel, tool steel, and other demanding materials.
