DENIOS is a traditional exhibitor at the MSV in Brno, presenting a wide range of products for storing or handling hazardous materials or health and safety at the fair. DENIOS, based in Strakonice, South Bohemia, where it has been operating since 1998, is part of a German concern whose subsidiaries and production plants can be found all over the world.
DENIOS is a top developer, manufacturer and supplier of many types of spill pallets, safety and fire-resistant cabinets, absorbents and spill kits, handling equipment, shelvings, pumps, operational equipment and, last but not least, complex storage rooms in standardized or customized designs. The range also includes a constantly expanding range of products and solutions specially designed for Li-Ion batteries.
Recently, DENIOS launched two exclusive new products on the Czech and Slovak markets. One of them is the GAP lab workstations with VARIO-Flow technology, which can reliably capture hazardous contaminants directly at the source when working with hazardous substances. This solution is groundbreaking thanks to the controlled air supply and exhaust and the absence of a front barrier, which allows for maximum safety and ergonomic work. Thanks to sufficient air exchange, the creation of an Ex environment within the lab workstation is also eliminated. The GAP lab workstation is one of the exhibits you can see at the DENIOS stand.
Another hot new product that DENIOS presents at MSV 2025 is from the thermotechnology range. This is the HB heating box - a standardized solution with a capacity for up to 4-8 drums or 1-2 IBC containers. Thanks to improved airflow and high-quality insulation, the HB heating boxes ensure fast heating and high energy efficiency at temperatures up to 120 °C. Despite the low acquisition costs, this modern technology is extremely economical to operate. Thanks to the standardized design, these boxes come with another uncompromising advantage - short delivery time.
At the DENIOS stand you can also see the walk-in fire-rated storage container WFP, which is offered in several sizes. Reliable fire resistance, which is documented by certification valid for the Czech Republic, is ensured by the special construction of the container and the fire-resistant materials used, thanks to which the container represents a separate fire section. The storage container can be installed in outdoor and indoor spaces without the need to maintain safety distances and there is no limit of them. Thanks to the big range of optional accessories, such as control and monitoring elements, air conditioning, outdoor lighting, etc., it can be adapted to even the most demanding customer requirements.
Another exhibit you can look forward to is a fire-resistant cabinet from the SmartStore series designed for active battery storage. It offers 90 minutes of fire resistance from the inside and outside and is truly SMART: it has integrated sockets and automatically triggers a warning/fire protection system in the case of emergency. It will find its place in any operation where batteries (e.g. for cordless tools) are charged on a daily basis. DENIOS offers these cabinets in many sizes and also in a built-in version you can easily place under a workbench.
The stand will also feature the proven spill pallets as a basic element for the safe storage of hazardous materials. It’s a simple solution, but it requires high-quality and thoughtful processing. The offer from DENIOS is really wide: spill pallets made of plastic, steel or stainless steel, in many sizes and designs, always reliable, highly functional and ergonomic.
Safe storage and handling of hazardous materials requires high-quality absorbents – that's why DENIOS experts will also present the DENSORB® range of sorbents, which can absorb up to 16 times their own weight. One of the exhibits will also be a practical spill kit for disposing of hazardous substance spills, which should not be missing in any operation.
