Bartech Slovakia: Revolutionary Overhead RFID Reader Zebra ATR7000

July 29, 2026  /  3:00 PM

Bartech Slovakia, a company with experience in the implementation of RFID technologies, will present a new class of RFID reader at the MSV 2026 fair, suitable for logistics centers or facilities.

ATR7000 is a new class of RFIDreader with advanced technology enabling real-time tracking of the movement and location of RFID tags with high accuracy. It is suitable for environments where it is necessary to have real-time visibility over inventory movement. Used mainly in logistics centers, warehouses, or production plants.

A single fixed reader placed above the area of interest tracks the positions of RFID tags in four to six reporting zones, while automatically detecting and recording movement across critical transition points and designated paths. It is typically mounted at a height of about 4–5 meters. It utilizes hundreds of narrow directional beams to determine location with sub-0.6-meter accuracy.

Integration of RFID into control systems

BARTECH SLOVAKIA has rich experience with RFID implementation within production monitoring, improvement of intralogistics processes, and shipment of goods to the end customer. In addition to comprehensive solutions designed precisely according to customer requirements, it also offers universal middleware suitable for quick in-house RFID integration by the customer.

ATR COLLECTOR – middleware for easy setup of monitored zones and configuration of required outputs from ATR7000.

FX COLLECTOR – middleware for rapid implementation of multiple portals with ZEBRA FX series RFID readers into the customer's system. It includes tools for complete management of RFID readers, antennas, and configuration of required read outputs.

RETURN CHECK – comprehensive monitoring of returnable transport items (RTI) using RFID technology, including graphical overviews and reports. The software significantly speeds up and improves the accuracy of working with returnable shipping containers.
