JISR Institute: military systems and inflatables for modern defense

May 20, 2025  /  3:10 PM

In 2023, JISR Institute and Kubíček Visionair established a strategic partnership for the development and supply of military inflatable decoys. By combining expertise in C4 systems with top-tier inflatable manufacturing, they are creating innovative solutions for the modern battlefield.

JISR Institute is a Czech company focused on developing comprehensive capabilities in the fields of ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance), electronic warfare, and anti-drone systems. It specializes in the development of multi-domain C4 systems that ensure interoperability, more efficient resource utilization, and enhanced communication, coordination, and cooperation both within national forces and in NATO coalition operations. JISR Institute offers complete software and hardware solutions — from requirements analysis and architecture design to final implementation. Beyond the defense sector, it also operates in the area of security systems for intelligence services, emergency services, and other state security forces.

Kubíček Visionair, a brand of Kubíček Factory s.r.o., is a traditional Czech manufacturer of hand-sewn inflatables with over 30 years of history and more than 20,000 units produced. All inflatables are made in Brno from top-quality Czech materials that meet strict European standards. A team of experienced sales representatives, technicians, designers, and seamstresses can turn creative ideas into functional products for a wide range of applications.

At the exhibition, we will present two examples of these products:

  • An inflatable replica of the Titus KOVS vehicle (a wheeled armored command and communications vehicle), including detailed features and rapid field deployment capabilities.
  • An inflatable decoy of the CV90 tracked infantry fighting vehicle, adapted to the specifications planned for the Czech Army, matching the real vehicle’s shape characteristics and dimensions.

Both exhibits serve as demonstrations of effective and mobile tools for deceiving the enemy and supporting operations within the electromagnetic spectrum.
