  • Tickets can be paid in cash or by card.
  • We accept payments in Czech crowns (CZK) only.
  • All tickets are valid for one entry to the premises.
  • When claiming a discount, please produce a document entitling you to the discount.

Entrance and Parking

Pedestrian access is possible via:
main gate - stop Exhibition Grounds  - main entrance (tram 1, trol 25, 26, 37, bus 52), Křížkovského stop (bus 84/44)
entrance G2 - stop Exhibition Grounds - entrance G2 (tram 1 only)
entrance hall E (ramp along the entrance) - Velodrom stop (bus 44/84)
entrance hall P - entrance and ticket offices are in the foyer, stop Riviera (bus 44/84)

Entry of buses into the area is not possible.
Visitors must only drop off at a designated spot outside the area and then it is possible to park in a parking lot in the wider vicinity. The exact locations can be found in the document.

For the entry of car, please use gate 4 or 7. Outside the area, we recommend using the parking house at Křížkovského 51.

Practical Information

Entry with dogs

Dogs are allowed to enter the event grounds, provided they are kept on a leash. However, there is a STRICT PROHIBITION on dogs entering pavilions housing livestock exhibits. In addition, breeds larger than small toy/companion dogs must also wear a muzzle.

ATMs

An ATM run by ČSOB is just outside of Hall E. An Euronet ATM is just outside of Hall F (towards Hall Z).

Food and drinks

Restaurants in halls are open during events. Refreshments can also be found in the outdoor areas.

Wheelchair access

The expo grounds are accessible for wheelchairs.  Gate G2 is equipped with a lift.

Bicycles and scooters

It is not allowed to enter the expo grounds with a bicycle or a scooter. Please use the racks in front of the main entrance to station them.

Wi-Fi

BVV FREE network is available inside the halls.

Cloak room

You can dropp off your coat and luggage in hall F and P.

Baby friendly

You will find baby changing stations at the ladies'  or disabled people´s toilets in Hall P.

Taking pictures and videos

Taking pictures and videos at the exhibition grounds is generally possible. However, if an exhibitor expressly asks you not to do so, please comply.

Recordings made on the premises

By entering the premises, you agree to the making of audio and video recordings to promote the event.

Lost and found

Lost and found items are deposited at the staff entrance, next to the main Gate 1.

Benefit cards

Benefit cards cannot be used to pay for tickets.
