BVV Trade Fairs Brno announces the traditional TOP OPTA competition for the best exhibits on the occasion of the 30th International Eye Optics, Optometry and Ophthalmology Fair OPTA 2026, under the auspices and with expert patronage of the Association of Czech Opticians and Optometrists and the Optical Union of Slovakia.

The competition is designated for exhibits that are displayed at the OPTA 2026 international fair. The entered exhibits will be assessed by an evaluation committee (jury) made up of experts, composed of experts, including representatives from higher and secondary education in the field of optics, optometry and ophthalmology.

Participation in the competition will attract the attention of visitors, professionals, and the media.

Thanks to this competition, your participation at the expo can be much more of a success. It will enable you to distinguish yourself from the competition and present your exhibits effectively to visitors and exhibitors.
The final results of the TOP OPTA competition will be announced on the first day of the expo. For exhibitors entered in the competition, the effect of participation in the expo will be multiplied, especially in terms of enhanced promotion among the visiting public, and the media. 

The winning companies use the prestigious awards as a long-term tool to boost sales and product promotion. The award represents a strong business argument for the marketing and business presentation of the company.

You can submit your exhibits in one of the following categories:

1. Quality vision for all generations
2. Eyeglass frames and sunglasses – technological innovations
   - Focused on the finishing of frames from the point of view of technology, innovative materials, construction of rims, temples, new fitting solutions, connection of individual parts, use of new materials, etc.
3. Spectacles and contact lenses, their modifications and refinement
4. Technology in eye optics
   - Examination and measuring devices for vision measurement
   - Optical machines and devices for processing spectacle lenses
   - Sales tools and systems for retail

We will announce the winning exhibit in each category, which will be adequately represented. The jury can award up to 5 exhibits and/or solutions.

TOP OPTA 2026 – successful exhibition of entered exhibits

• The organizer will create a space near the Association of Czech Opticians and Optometrists Zone with an exhibition of all nominated exhibits.
• The entered exhibits will be permanently displayed in the marked area, providing an opportunity for additional presentation of entered companies.
• Exhibits on display will be accompanied by a unique description with a given structure of information and identification of the exhibitor's stand, directing visitors to your stand.
