Recuperation with LEISTER – saving the environment and your costs

In our portfolio and at our stand at MSV 2025, you will also find products that significantly save energy and costs through hot air recirculation. One of LEISTER's recuperation blowers is the RBR, which, in combination with one of the LHS 210/410 or LE 10000 recuperation heaters, returns process air with high pressure and temperatures of up to 350 °C back into the production process. This type of recycling saves up to 50% of energy and costs and reduces the carbon footprint. 

We will present at MSV 2025 a simple demonstration of the practical use of recuperation in practice - the combination of RBR blower with a LE10000 heater in popcorn production. Come, take a look and taste it. We cordially invite you to visit us.

KRAH Pipes

KRAH Pipes are manufactured on production lines of the German company KRAH GmbH with more than 40 years of experience. They are produced by extrusion winding a profile around a steel mandrel. 

We supply custom-made pipes in various SN ring stiffness classes, profiles, lengths, and material types. You can choose between different profile series—smooth or profiled inner or outer sides, or a combination of different profile types.

Dimensions: ID 600–ID 5000 mm
Material: polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP)

The pipes are characterized by their long service life, low weight, and resistance to impact, abrasion, and chemicals.

They have a wide range of applications: sewer, waste and ventilation pipes, retention tanks, industrial and agricultural silos, drinking water tanks, chemical tanks, fire tanks, pipe system reconstruction (so-called pipes in pipes), tunnels for animals and much more.
