At the International Engineering Fair (MSV) in Brno, PSI and its Czech partner BERGHOF SYSTEMS will present PSIpenta/MES Scheduling, an AI-powered solution for advanced production planning and scheduling. 

Manufacturers today face constant changes: new orders, tight delivery deadlines, limited machine capacities, material shortages and unexpected disruptions on the shop floor. Keeping the production schedule up to date and ensuring that it remains feasible can quickly become a major challenge.

This is where AI-powered scheduling can make a difference.

PSIpenta/MES Scheduling combines real-time production data with advanced optimization methods and AI-based decision support to help planners create reliable schedules and react quickly when production conditions change.

  • What-if scenarios: Alternative scheduling scenarios can be created and compared before changes are introduced into the production plan. This allows planners to assess different responses to capacity constraints, changing priorities or new orders.
