Hikade Technologies is Brno based technology-driven start up specializing in engineering, research and development of advanced mechatronic systems from industrial to space and biomedicine applications. You can meet them at MSV 2025.

Precise positioning even in extreme conditions

Hikade Technologies specializes in the development and production of advanced measuring, inspection, and positioning systems for demanding environments, including vacuum applications. Our portfolio includes a precision positioning device in the form of a movable stage designed for vacuum applications, enabling accurate control and positioning of samples or fixtures even at extremely low temperatures and in deep vacuum conditions. This system is tailored for testing and research institutes, industrial laboratories, and university facilities where high precision, reliability, and integration with other experimental equipment are required.

CryoLyze – Space-Grade technology for biomedicine

Another core innovation is CryoLyze, a cryogenic lyophilizer developed under the ESA Spark program. CryoLyze leverages liquid nitrogen to achieve ultra-low temperatures, minimizing ice crystal formation and preserving maximum product quality. Applications include freeze-drying vaccines and biologics. By bridging cryogenic expertise with industrial needs, CryoLyze demonstrates our ability to transfer space-grade technology into commercial markets.

Custom-built single-purpose machines for maximum efficiency

We also provide single-purpose machines designed for specific operational needs. Our single-purpose machines are engineered to perform one task with maximum efficiency, repeatability, and reliability. This approach allows us to integrate specialized features such as non-standard measurement setups, automated material handling, process monitoring tailored to unique production or testing workflows. We design these systems for industries ranging such as component manufacturing, automotive quality control or testing purposes.

Next-Generation gimbals for space and aviation

Last but deffinetly not least on our portfolio is development of next-generation gimbal systems for high-altitude pseudo-satellites (HAPS), space/aerial platforms, and ground stations. These systems enable precision pointing and stabilization of optical, RF, and scientific payloads in the most challenging environments. Our flagship project is two-axis positioning system also known as a gimbal designed to carry payload. Built to withstand extreme temperatures, vibrations, and rapid acceleration, gimbal serves for Earth or deep space observation, communications, and scientific missions such as monitoring polar regions or atmospheric phenomena.
