Battery-powered and handheld: cable tie gun ProCut for operation in confined spaces

The ProCut is HellermannTyton's first battery-operated cable tie gun, combining the flexibility of a manual tool with the productivity benefits of a powered solution. Designed to save time and reduce operator strain, the ProCut tensions and cuts cable ties quickly, precisely, and consistently.
Its cordless design makes it ideal for installations in confined or hard-to-reach spaces, while the combination of a one-touch electronic trigger and an additional rear-mounted trigger provides maximum flexibility and ease of use. With 16 adjustable tension settings and automatic calibration after every cycle, the tool ensures reliable and repeatable installation results.

Pneumatic cable tie gun for assembly lines

The EVO7p pneumatic cable tie gun is specifically designed for high-volume production environments, including assembly lines and cable harness manufacturing. Operating at up to 6 bar of air pressure, the tool tensions, locks, and cuts cable ties in a single smooth action.
With a defined and repeatable tensile force of up to 200 N, the EVO7p ensures consistently high installation quality across large production runs. Its ergonomic design and reduced manual effort help minimize operator fatigue, making it ideal for extended production shifts. Safe cable tie removal

The EVO cut has been specifically developed for the safe and efficient removal of plastic cable ties, cable tie heads, and KR ties without damaging the underlying cable insulation. Unlike traditional side cutters, which can pose a risk to cables during removal, the EVO cut enables precise cutting while helping to protect sensitive wire and cable assemblies.
Users can choose to cut either the cable tie strap or the tie head, providing greater flexibility during maintenance, rework, and repair processes.
To ensure maximum safety and precision, the EVO cut is available with eight different nosepieces tailored to various cable tie widths and thicknesses.
