From Indexing Plungers to Level Sensors: Elesa+Ganter to Showcase Proven Components and New Innovations at MSV 2026

The exhibition will feature a variety of handles, hinges, handwheels, control levers, clamping levers, levelling feet, indexing and locking elements, as well as components for conveyor systems and linear motion applications. The stand will also include selected assemblies and application examples to demonstrate how individual components can be integrated into real-world machine designs.

Fast Clamping Without Surface Damage

One of the new products presented by Elesa+Ganter CZ will be the GN 6336.9 Quick Release Star Knobs. They provide secure clamping of machine components without the risk of damaging the surface.

The knobs feature a push button that retracts the threaded segments into the pin, allowing it to be quickly inserted into a bore without any screwing action. When the button is released, the segments automatically extend and engage in the bore. Final tightening requires less than one full turn by hand. This mechanism makes adjustment and repeated repositioning of fixtures, positioning systems, production lines and other equipment fast, convenient and reliable.

Smart Liquid Level Monitoring

Among the exhibited innovations will also be the new HSC and HSO Level Sensors designed for automatic monitoring of operating fluid levels.

The HSC sensor uses a capacitive measuring principle and is suitable for monitoring both conductive and non-conductive liquids, such as water, oils and coolants. The HSO sensor operates on an optical principle and provides reliable level detection of transparent media.
Both solutions help prevent problems such as tank overfilling or dry running of equipment. Thanks to the absence of moving mechanical parts, they require minimal maintenance and are well suited for demanding industrial environments.

Position Locking with One Finger

Visitors will also have the opportunity to discover the GN 823 Indexing Plunger with Operating Lever, designed to simplify positioning and locking tasks in locations with limited visibility or difficult access.

The lever enables comfortable one-finger operation, even while wearing work gloves. Typical applications include the adjustment of machine components, equipment and production fixtures where quick and reliable operation is essential.

The GN 823 is available in both steel and stainless steel versions, with or without lock-out position.

Levelling Feet for Wet and Demanding Environments

For applications where machinery is regularly exposed to water, cleaning agents or stringent hygiene requirements, Elesa+Ganter CZ will present the LY.A-STP-HVD Levelling Feet at MSV 2026.

Their special design prevents liquids from penetrating the threaded section and minimizes areas where contaminants could accumulate. These levelling feet are manufactured from SUPER-technopolymer, a material characterized by high mechanical strength, excellent resistance to chemicals and corrosion, and suitability for demanding operating conditions.

The material is also visually detectable and compliant with FDA requirements, making these levelling feet suitable for use in food-processing, pharmaceutical and other hygiene-sensitive industries.
