SČMVD: Union of Czech and Moravian Production Cooperatives

The Union of Czech and Moravian Production Cooperatives (SČMVD) is one of the largest and most important employers' associations in the Czech Republic. At the AMPER 2026 trade fair, its member cooperatives will traditionally present their high-quality production programs at a joint exhibition.
The union's membership base consists of 180 production cooperatives from across the Czech Republic with a wide range of industries, including electrical engineering, construction, mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, the chemical and cosmetic industries, the production of automated workplaces, furniture, plastics, packaging, clothing or toys, but also food and the provision of services.
Currently, the union also associates more than 40 production cooperatives, which employ over 50% of people with disabilities and thus fulfil an important social role in the inclusion of disabled people in the protected labor market.
Among the production cooperatives are a number of leading Czech companies in their fields, which are dynamic and prosperous enterprises, use the most modern production technologies, and some, as the largest manufacturers in their sectors, also set trends.
