OPTOMER is a Polish manufacturer of passive fiber optic components, operating continuously since 1992. The company is headquartered in Łódź, located in the heart of Europe, and focuses on the design, manufacturing, and deployment of solutions for modern telecommunications networks. Meet them at AMPER 2026.
OPTOMER’s core area of expertise lies in FTTH and FTTx solutions, developed in response to real customer needs and current market requirements. As a manufacturer, the company delivers both standard products and custom-designed solutions tailored to specific project conditions, installation environments, and the technical requirements of network operators and investors.
Technology Partnerships and Innovation
A key element of OPTOMER’s operations is its in-house Research and Development (R&D) facilities. Product design, development, and testing are carried out internally, ensuring full control over quality, functionality, and compliance with applicable standards.
OPTOMER is the official representative of DIAMOND, a global leader in fiber optic connector technology. This partnership enables the company to supply premium-quality connectors and access advanced know-how that supports the continuous development of OPTOMER’s design and manufacturing capabilities. As the first manufacturer in Poland, OPTOMER implemented machine-based ferrule end-face polishing and active fiber core centering technology, achieving excellent and repeatable transmission parameters, including insertion loss as low as 0.1 dB (E-2000 connectors). All OPTOMER solutions are designed in accordance with international standards and are supplied with Declarations of Conformity.
OPTOMER solutions are widely used by leading telecommunications operators in Poland, including Orange, Netia, and Play, as well as by international customers delivering high-demand infrastructure projects, such as Telia, Deutsche Telekom, the Netceed Group, and Antel. The company actively participates in international projects and exports its products to more than 30 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Quality, Certification, and Sustainability
Quality and reliability form the foundation of OPTOMER’s operations. The company performs 100% inspection of all manufactured products, ensuring full compliance of technical parameters with customer and operator requirements. Quality and environmental management systems are certified in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
OPTOMER products are regularly tested and approved in Orange Labs, where their compliance with industry standards and operational requirements is verified. Additionally, the company’s EcoVadis rating confirms its responsible approach to technological development and sustainable business practices.
