The WOODTEC trade show of furniture-making and woodworking has started

Mainly woodworking machinery, but also tools, instruments, software and other supplies for manufacturers of furniture and other wood products can be seen in Hall Z from 10 October. The WOODTEC trade fair, which has returned to the Brno Exhibition Centre after six years, has begun.
Nearly fifty companies from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany are exhibiting at the fair. The entire Hall Z is occupied and all the basic items of the trade fair's sectoral breakdown are covered. WOODTEC is held concurrently with the International Engineering Fair (MSV).
The exhibition centre is open daily from 9am to 5pm (until 4 pm on Friday). Tickets for WOODTEC are also valid for entry to the MSV.
The exhibitors' stands feature machines and tools for smaller furniture makers as well as machines for large manufacturers. The most striking trend is automation and digitisation, which is also penetrating the field of hand-held power tools. At several stands, exhibitors offer software for furniture manufacturers and interior architects.
