Brief characteristics of the exhibit

It is a naturally semi-semi-milky, semi-soft ripening prism cheese with rounded edges measuring about 120 x 120 x 35 mm and weighing 450 g. On the surface of the cheese is a continuous layer of orange sap. The cheese is white to creamy yellow on the cut. Its scent is intense, characteristic of sebum cheeses. It is wrapped in a plastic transparent bowl with a lid and labeled.
