Brief characteristics of the exhibit

Combined Ice-cream machine, which in two independent cylinders concurrently produces ice cream, following strict hygiene rules. Upper cylinder – boiler – cooks the mix, while the lower one chills it down and mix it to the final superior product- GELATO. Machine, compering to competition generates savings – on el. Energy 40%, on water consumption 30%, and on space 25%.  Machine allows production of pastry products too: jams, chocolate, pastry creams. As well allows individual recipe planning for every ice-cream itself and saving on raw materials 10-25%
