MICROBREWERY FESTIVAL

The Salima fair will feature one novelty, a MICROBREWERY FESTIVAL, which will be held under the auspices of the Czech-Moravian Union of Microbreweries and in cooperation with TERMOTECHNIKA BOHEMIA, s.r.o., SQHM GASTRO and the publisher of the magazine

The long wing of Hall "A" of the Brno Exhibition Centre, will offer the connoisseurs of beer and beverage professionals from the food sector a chance to taste more than 100 beers from 35 Czech and Slovak microbreweries. Some will even brew some special beer for this occasion. During the microbrewery festival, there will be lectures conducted by celebrities of the mini-brewery world taking place on a small stage, a presentation of the Czech-Moravian Union of microbreweries, which brings together more than 300 microbreweries and who will also award the Czech and Moravian Beer Crown 2016.
