A sixth-generation Retigo combi oven, this appliance is equipped with the latest software and hardware available for a system of its type. There is an 8“ touch display with an intuitive menu and functions that every chef uses. The combination of cost-saving automatic cleaning and excellent thermal insulation of the cooking chamber make the Retigo Blue Vision an indispensable investment in today’s technology with a very fast return on investment. Functions like automatic humidity regulation, a braked seven-speed fan, hundreds of programs with up to 20 steps, modern culinary functions — sous vide, canning, curing — a seven-point temperature core probe, a hand shower, flap valve, etc. are basic equipment on this combi oven. Many safety features prevent the risk of scalding injuries, high-quality, non-magnetic stainless steel, and a minimum of plastic parts ensure long years of use with optimal adherence to hygienic requirements.
