ANIMAL TECH on its way to higher expertise
The ANIMAL TECH International Fair for Animal Production had a successful premiere at the Brno Exhibition Centre in May 2017. Concurrently with it ran the National Show of Livestock, the Central European Veterinary Congress, the National Gamekeeping Show and the NATUR EXPO BRNO Fair.
Successful premiere of a new concept: more professional visitors
For the first time, this year’s National Show of Livestock was held concurrently with the International Fair for Animal Production, ANIMAL TECH, the Fair for Sustainable Living in the Landscape, NATUR EXPO BRNO, and the National Gamekeeping Show. The focus on livestock production and landscape care enhanced the interest of professional public, which was reflected in the high footfall over the first two days when the exhibition centre welcomed close to 15 thousand people. In total, 272 firms and 900 heads of livestock were presented in an exhibition area of ca. 27,000 m2. Over four days, this unique show attracted over 30 thousand paying visitors.
The first day of the breeding, gamekeeping and landscape fairs was a success
Good weather, visitors' interest and official events, including the opening ceremony, were the main happening of the first day of the National Show of Livestock, the ANIMAL TECH fair, the National Gamekeeping Show and the NATUR EXPO BRNO Fair.
Gamekeeping is part of landscape care
Livestock production is at the top level in the Czech Republic and has a high export potential. Representatives of agricultural organizations agreed on this at the beginning of all concurrently held events – the National Show of Livestock, the ANIMAL TECH and NATUR EXPO BRNO trade fairs and the National Gamekeeping Show.
The National Gamekeeping Show will offer gamekeeping equipment
The second National Gamekeeping Show will welcome not only gamekeepers and foresters but all nature-lovers to the Brno Exhibition Centre from 11-14/5/2014. Four these four days Pavilion G1 will be transformed into a place with the fragrance of the woods and offering a rich display of gamekeeping and hunting supplies. You will be able to look forward to an accompanying programme which will appeal to both professionals and the general public, not just from the Czech Republic but from Slovakia as well.
The permanent exhibition of the accompanying program offers both entertainment and instruction
Throughout the period of the exhibition there will be much gamekeeping entertainment. You can try archery or the laser shooting range and the excellent lumberjack show by STIHL® TIMBERSPORTS®. A gamekeeping restaurant has also been set up to support the wonderful atmosphere of the exhibition.
You will see lectures, performances and a gastronomic competition
As part of the accompanying programme you can look forward to a range of performances and lectures. On the podium you will be shown trumpeters and falconers, hunting dogs and also of interest will be examples of lures. On Thursday you will also have a chance to learn more about the past and present of the white deer.
A National Holiday for Gamekeepers
The National Gamekeeping Show is primarily a sales event. Visitors will find a wide range of goods from requirements for for hunting through accommodation in the countryside, trophies, medicaments, hunting interiors, a stage program and various demonstrations. Among others the Bohemia Safari Club will cooperate on the exhibition of trophies. Gamekeeping will be presented also as care for free living wildlife.
The National Gamekeeping Show 2017 is part of the new group of trade fairs
From May 11 to 14, 2017, the second National Gamekeeping Fair will take place at the Brno Exhibition Centre. This event will take place together with the Fair for Sustainable Living in the Landscape NATUR EXPO BRNO, the National Show of Livestock and the International Fair for Animal Production ANIMAL TECH. This group of trade fairs was set up in cooperation with partners and co-organisers – professional associations, state administration, local government and specialised schools.
